The type of animal species that can be successfully hunted for is geographically and seasonally dependent. We have three main hunting regions that we conduct guided hunts from. They are:
|
Interior Alaska Hunts
The Interior Alaska Range Mountains are located 100 miles south of the city of Fairbanks. We conduct our Dall Sheep, Moose, Caribou, Grizzly Bear, black Bear, and Wolf hunts from this are, which is located next to Denali National Park. The Alaska Range Mountains have a long history of Producing trophy game animals since the Gold Rush days. These hunts are conducted using Saddle and Pack Horses accessing the remote mountain country using spike tent camps. We offer quality horseback hunting adventures for these trophy big game species.

Alaska Peninsula Hunts
Hunting on the Alaska Peninsula is for Brown Bear. The hunting area is known as Ugashik River and is located 100 miles south of the city of King Salmon. My base of operation is located on the Ungashik River near the village of Ugashik since 1986, where I have a comfortable camp and cabins. This Alaska Peninsula area has a healthy Brown Bear population and provides a great hunting experience and opportunity for anyone wanting to harvest a trophy brown bear!

Kodiak Island Hunts
Hunting on Kodiak Island takes place at the famous Deadman Bay Bear Camp which is located 90 miles from Kodiak City on the southeast end of the Island. This is the oldest established bear hunting camp on the Kodiak National Wildlife Refuge. At this location there are excellent populations of Brown Bears, Mountain Goats, and Sitka Black Tail Deer. This Kodiak Island Hunt is the best on the Island for all of these trophy big game species!
